- In-stock products will be shipped within 3 business days.
- If a product is Out-of-Stock or Made-to-Order, please allow up to 15 business days for production before the order is shipped out.
- For all international orders (Outside of Lebanon), we are not responsible for any customs duties, V.A.T. or clearance charges that may be imposed by your destination country’s customs office upon receiving your package.
- For local orders placed within Lebanon, products that are In-Stock can be returned free of charge within 1 week from the date of delivery as long as they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Out-of-Stock/Made-to-Order products are not eligible for returns.
- All rings are Made-to-Order and are therefore not eligible for returns.
- International orders (Outside of Lebanon) are not eligible for returns.
